Torre Anexo

A building which appears to be suspended, floating; this was the project thought to BNDES. Situated in the structure of a hill, the project contour the entire hillside and it has a buried part, plus a large cocoon abroad that reflects everything around.

Walls composed of glass which let in outside light and contemporary design, Torre Anexo was designed to be a milestone - as it presents at the headquarters of a financial institution - dialoguing harmoniously with the surroundings.

Next to a conservation area, the building seeks to integrate the natural landscape with its green roof and its corridors surrounded by plants which support the idea of a landscape harmony. Its garden leads people into a natural flow towards a great gazebo that goes to the monastery.

  • Formed by 9 lower floors and 14 upper floors;
  • Great complex of gardens and natural ventilation;
  • Format which favors the entry of light, generating energy utilization;
  • Area for museums and underground libraries.
